Orders from Countries
Outside the United States

Dear Customer: We ship to customers in countries other than the U.S. The only difference between orders from countries outside the U.S. and those inside is our ability to track orders. Inside the U.S., we can track orders directly to the customers door. Because of that, we are protected against loses that we are not responsible for.
When we ship products to countries outside the U.S., however, we can track the shipments only to the entry point into those countries. Because of that, we have no recourse if a shipment is not delivered although we can track it to the point of entry into the other country. Next column please.

Fax Ordering Form

We loose control, then, over a shipment we send to you in your country after the package reaches your country. Because of this, we are happy to ship products to you and take responsibility for the package reaching your country. But we cannot take responsibility for any loss of products or the shipping cost if a shipment is not delivered to you in your country.

We are happy to ship to you in your country, but we ask you first to fill out and fax to us our Agreement Form for International Orders. If you order through PayPal, please fax or email the completed Agreement Form, and we will promptly fill your order.
