Orders from Countries
Outside the United States

Dear Customer: We ship to customers in countries other than the U.S. The only difference between orders from countries outside the U.S. and those inside is our ability to track orders. Inside the U.S., we can track orders directly to the customers door. Because of that, we are protected against losses that we are not responsible for.

When we ship products to countries outside the U.S., however, we can track the shipments only to the entry point into those countries.  Next column please.

Fax Ordering Form

We are happy to ship products to you and take responsibility for the package reaching your country. But we cannot take responsibility for any loss of products or the shipping cost if a shipment is not delivered to you within your country.

We ask you first to fill out and fax to us our Agreement Form for International Orders. If you order through PayPal, please fax or email the completed Agreement Form, and we will promptly fill your order.
